By accessing, browsing, or using any portion of the p44bat platform — including the website at p44bat.net, any associated mobile interface, Progressive Web App, or service — you ("Player", "User", "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with p44bat ("the Company", "we", "us"). This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and p44bat with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the p44bat platform. Continued use of any p44bat service after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

p44bat strictly enforces a minimum age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion on p44bat. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all users regardless of jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on p44bat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any fictitious identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. p44bat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p44bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify p44bat support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Registration details must exactly match your KYC documents — mismatches will delay or block withdrawals.
• p44bat may request a selfie with your ID, a utility bill for address verification, or a bank statement as part of enhanced due diligence.
• Accounts left inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as permitted by applicable regulations.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards p44bat staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illicit origin through the p44bat platform in any manner.

All content on the p44bat platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, sound effects, software code, databases, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of p44bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p44bat platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any p44bat content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any p44bat intellectual property.
• Use any p44bat branding, logo, or trademark in any external context without explicit written authorisation from p44bat.
• Frame or mirror any portion of p44bat's platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any software or technology used to operate the p44bat platform.

Third-party game content available through p44bat — including titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

p44bat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to p44bat collecting and using your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by p44bat is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of services offered to you. p44bat does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. p44bat will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance but does not accept liability for losses arising from unexpected service interruptions.

• p44bat's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• p44bat is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep login credentials confidential.
• p44bat is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or other charges that may be applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Gambling involves inherent risk. p44bat accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity on the platform.

p44bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
